Zipp Vuka Clip Extension Bars

The Zipp Vuka Clip maintains its groundbreaking range of adjustability while simplifying setup of clip-on aerobars. Based on feedback from pro bike fitters and cyclists, every aspect has been rethought and redesigned. Vuka Clip is bundled with a choice of different 22.2mm extension options. The Vuka Clip’s 31.8mm clamp is compatible with the Zipp Vuka Alumina Base Bar, the Vuka Bull, Service Course and Service Course SL drop bars, and any other road, time trial, or triathlon bars rated to accept a clip-on. The new Vuka Clip allows for pad adjustment up to 50 mm behind or ahead of the center of the base bar. Pads can be set as narrow as 104mm for low mount, 140mm for high mount, and as wide as 280mm on center between armrests. Paired with Zipp Evo extensions, the new fit trend of placing the hands narrower than the elbow can easily be achieved. Above and below bar versions are both offered. Risers can be used on the above-bar system in 5, 10, 25, and 50mm heights to achieve proper positioning.

Vuka Alumina Extensions (22.2) 

Zipp developed an extensive line of aluminum aerobar extensions to provide the perfect fit for any rider, regardless of size or riding position. Our Vuka Alumina Extensions offer three different bends to achieve your ideal fit.

Vuka Alumina Race - feature 52mm of rise (175g) The Vuka Race bend places the wrists at a more natural bend to help riders remain in their tuck to optimize aerodynamics.

Vuka Alumina Evo - are available with a 70mm (176g) or 110mm (180g) rise. Designed to deliver improved aerodynamics by placing hands closer together and nearer to the rider’s head to start airflow over the rider sooner. Designed with input from top bike fitters, the shape of the Vuka Alumina Evo is crafted to feel as if the rider is shaking hands with the bar. 

Vuka Carbon Extensions (22.2)

The perfect bike fit needs to blend slippery aerodynamics and a comfortable, stress free body position while optimizing control over the bike. Zipp’s Vuka Carbon Extensions give you all the options needed to optimize your position and go for the win or your personal best:

Vuka Carbon Evo 70 and 110 extensions  - Vuka Evo extensions decrease drag by starting airflow over the body sooner while keeping the arms and wrists in a comfortable, relaxed position. The Evo shape, with a 20mm inward roll and multi-radius bend, is now available for the first time in carbon, allowing for even more complex shaping and lighter weight.

The Vuka Evo Carbon 70 and 110 - weigh 140g and 142g respectively. The end is contoured to better fit the hand, as well as transition smoothly from the back of a mechanical shifter. Cable routing is fully internal. An included bezel allows the end to integrate visually and aerodynamically with SRAM RED® eTap® Clics™ and sand-paint provides excellent grip without the need for bar tape. Length is increased to 380mm (from the 360mm length of the Alumina Evo).

Vuka Evo Carbon 70, with its 70mm rise, places the hands in the same position as the previous ski tip extension. The large 110mm rise on the Vuka Evo Carbon 110 provides the best fit for riders using under base bar extension mounting, and has come to be the bar of choice for many professional triathletes using SRAM RED® eTap®. With two rise options, longer length, and the best ergonomics available, the Vuka Evo Carbon allows any rider to achieve his or her ideal fit.
